I don't want to get to bulky – will my PROGRAM make me look big?
A.

Your PROGRAM is personalized to your goals and we understand not everyone wants bigger muscles. Weights or resistance training will tone and re-shape your body whilst reducing body fat – you will actually appear SMALLER as a result. If your goal is to get bigger (perhaps you are a strength athlete or bodybuilder/sculptor) – let us know and we will tailor your program for this.

I have sports specific requirements – can you help me?
A.

Absolutely! The Physique Construction Co. has helped amateur and professional athletes including bodybuilders, strength and cross-fit athletes, MMA and boxing fighters, players of ball sports such as soccer and football – just to name a few.

I am just looking to lose some weight and tone up – can you help me?
A.

Absolutely! The Physique Construction Co. has helped people from all walks of life and many different situations. Your PROGRAM is personalized for you and your goals.

Q.
What results can I expect from my PROGRAM?
A.

Results depend on the following:

  • Your ability to be consistent with your FOOD & WORKOUT PLANS
  • Your ability to push yourself (with our help) with your WORKOUT PLAN
  • Your genetic potential

In a nutshell – everyone is different and everyone will see different results. Time and consistency with exercise and diet are the key factors. Our program works as hard as you do.

Q.
I've never done any type of exercise training before – can you help me?
A.

Yes. The PCC VIRTUAL TRAINER APP contains many video resources on how to do exercises correctly.

Q.
Do I have to lift weights?
A.

Your PROGRAM will include a form of resistance training but may not necessarily be weight training. We believe resistance training is a critical component in achieving success.

Q.
How often will I need to do my WORKOUT PLAN?
A.

This is different for everyone – some people will train 2-3 times a week, others will train six times a week (such as competitive athletes). We will ensure that how often you train is realistic for you and your goals.

Q.
Can I contact my COACH at any time?
A.

Your COACH is available via the CONTACT COACH feature in the PCC VIRTUAL TRAINER APP (allow 24 hours for a response). It's important to us that you can always contact us.

Q.
How often do I check-in with my COACH?
A.

We encourage check-ins on a weekly basis so your COACH can monitor your progress and tweak things in your PROGRAM where necessary. It is also a good way to keep you accountable and motivated!

Q.
Will my COACH really be one of the COACHES on the website?
A.

Yes. They are real people and world-class athletes in their own right.

Q.
What happens to my PROGRAM if I go on holiday?
A.

Your PROGRAM is designed to become part of your lifestyle, and it is your choice to stick to the PROGRAM. We DO NOT put PROGRAMS 'on hold'.

Q.
What happens once I've paid for my PROGRAM?
A.

We will make contact with you via email for an initial consultation, where we’ll discuss your goals and requirements. Then we create your PROGRAM including your FOOD PLAN and WORKOUT PLAN, and we supply you with your login details for the PCC VIRTUAL TRAINER. We will follow you up after five days to check on everything. But in the interim, we are available via the PCC VIRTUAL TRAINER (24-hour response).

How long does it take to get my PROGRAM once I have paid?
A.

Usually within 48 hours.

Q.
How do I pay for my PROGRAM?
A.

You can purchase your PROGRAM through bank transfer or via our online payment system.

Q.
What happens at the end of my PROGRAM?
A.

Our PROGRAM is sold on a membership subscription basis. When you purchase a PROGRAM, it is for a set period of time (four weeks). Your membership subscription will automatically renew on the anniversary of your initial sign up date and your credit card will be charged every four weeks. We will continue to renew your membership subscription unless you instruct us otherwise. This is to ensure that you have a consistent, uninterrupted access to your PROGRAM, the PCC VIRTUAL TRAINER, ongoing check-ins and updates with your coach.

Q.
How do I cancel my PROGRAM?
A.

Sorry to hear you want to cancel. Simply email us at: support@physiqueconstruction.com and request for your membership to be canceled. Please note in the event of cancellation, no refund will be provided. If you cancel your subscription, your access to the app is deactivated and any stored data will be deleted from our system.

Q.
What happens if I don't want the PROGRAM but want to use the PCC VIRTUAL TRAINER app?
A.

The PCC VIRTUAL TRAINER APP is part of our service that is available for our subscribing clients. You must be a current client to use the PCC VIRTUAL TRAINER APP and access any data stored on it. If you cancel your subscription your access to the app is deactivated and any stored data is deleted from our system.

Q.
What if I don't like my, FOOD PLAN or WORKOUT PLAN?
A.

We do check-ins with all clients to ensure everything is going ok. If there is something in particular that you don't like – no problem, just tell us and we will work around it.

Q.
I have a medical condition – can I still do your PROGRAM?
A.

We advise anyone with a pre-existing medical condition to gain clearance from your medical profession BEFORE undertaking our PROGRAM. We are not medical professionals and cannot assist or advise in the treatment of any medical condition.

Food Plan Questions

What if I have dietary restrictions and food allergies?
A.
We cater for vegans, vegetarians, food allergies and everything in between.
Q.
Will my FOOD PLAN include foods that I enjoy?
A.

Yes, tell us what you like and we will plan around it.

Q.
Will my FOOD PLAN include supplements?
A.
Yes, if this is appropriate for you.
Q.
What If I have a social engagement or special event and won't be able to stick to my FOOD PLAN?
A.

Hey that is life! Don't worry! All FOOD PLANS include a cheat meal to allow you to take a break.

Workout Plan Questions

Q.
Do I need a gym membership to do my WORKOUT  PLAN?
A.
No. Simply tell us whether you are a gym member or not and we will write your WORKOUT PLAN to suit you.
Q.
Does my WORKOUT PLAN include one-on-one training?
A.
No. The world is too big for us to be everywhere at once...

Tech Support Questions

Q.
What happens if I can't get internet access?
A.

The PCC Virtual Trainer requires internet access to function correctly. If you can't get internet access (for example; you go overseas on holiday) we suggest you print your program and take this with you. As we are not an Internet Service Provider (ISP), we cannot guarantee access to the PCC Virtual Trainer at all times. For connection faults, please contact your Internet Service Provider.

The PCC VIRTUAL TRAINER APP is not working properly – what do I do?
A.
