I initially started training with Jamil because I wanted to lose weight, I had never lifted a Dumbbell or used any gym equipment, and I was a complete beginner. Under Jamil's expert guidance I have lost weight and gained the knowledge needed to utilize what the gym has to offer.
Together we set the ultimate goal to compete in 2016. During 2015 we worked towards this by building muscle whilst dropping body fat, a very tedious process to get right but with Jamil’s expertise in both nutrition and personal training I saw results each week. Jamil also factored in my intolerances too dairy, gluten and my IBS which I had struggled with.
Never did I think two years ago it would be possible for me to compete but thanks to Jamil's guidance and weekly personal training sessions I will be strutting that stage. I have felt supported and motivated by Jamil every step of the way his passion and dedication in what he does is obvious. He has gone above and beyond for me.
